I have to agree with the other reviewer who said that this game is a good deal at 50% off. If I had paid full price for it, I would have felt underwhelmed. I bought this for my 5 year old son and 7 year old daughter. They both played it at first, but my son took to it more. He really gets into the strategy of how he can set up the space stations and satellites to direct the falling meteors to his side of the board for more points. It's a good mixture of strategy and chance and he can win without my letting him.To the reviewer that complained that the game takes too long for his kids' attention span, the simple solution is to play up to a lower point level. In fact the game instructions encourage you to make changes and try different ways of playing. We have made changes to the faces of the dice in order to see how it changes the game play.As an adult Lego fan, I have to strongly recommend this set as a great parts pack. If you are getting it on sale it is a good deal on some great pieces, the highlights being 1 dark gray half-baseplate (16x32 stud I think), 5 pearl-gold balls and 2 classic space microfigures.
