Good rain pants that keep me dry during a heavy rain shower. I love the fact that they have full side zippers so no dirty boots to soil the inside of the pants. Zippers work smoothly without any snagging. I also appreciate the lack of velcro anywhere, because they can easily catch on other pieces of clothing. The snaps work well so far. Hope they last. The one star is taken because (1) there's only one pocket on the right back side. I prefer the left side for cellphone storage. There are no hand pockets but if you zip down the side zipper a bit you can access your inner pants' (if you wear them) pockets. (2) The inseams are a bit short - I just measured exactly 30" for the size small. For rain pants I prefer slightly longer inseam such as 31" for more coverage. Right now the length is OK as long as I wear mid height hiking boots. Regular height shoes may lead to some water splash into the shoes somehow. These pants do make decent amount of noise when walking, but that's pretty much expected for most rain gear. Performance wise this is a great pair of rain pants for the money.
